Vicki McLynn is a senior associate with Pannone LLP. She deals with all aspects of family law but specialises in the financial aspects of divorce. Vicki has considerable experience of cases involving business interests and complex pension funds.
Vicki lectures regularly to the legal profession and has had articles published in professional journals and the local press in respect of family law issues. Vicki is also a contributor to Lexis Professional Support Lawyer an online service for family lawyers.
Vicki trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2005 and remains committed to the process. She believes that collaborative law gives couples a sense of control and involvement in reaching solutions to the issues arising on the breakdown of their relationship.
