Hilary Jeffries

Hilary Jeffries is a qualified, experienced counsellor, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has been in practice in South Manchester for thirteen years. She works with individuals and couples on both a long or short term basis. Her referrals are from the private sector, Employee Assistance Programmes, and local businesses.

She values couple counselling and brings commitment and a person centred approach to her work. She co-creates an atmosphere of acceptance and encourages respectful communication. Hilary offers support to couples at the stressful time of divorce, in a place where they can be heard not judged. She works collaboratively to review existing coping strategies and develop new ones.

Clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their roles within the relationship both as individuals and parents. Hilary aims to ensure that the needs of children are recognised, respected and met appropriately.
